PAC carried out an analysis of Suo-moto declaration of Section 4.1. b, 4.1.c and 4.1.d of the RTI on the websites of 5 public authorities from 16 districts in Karnataka. This study was followed by a round table discussion held on 24th January, 2013, where active citizens and concerned government authorities met for a dialogue on the issue and discuss tangible solutions to address the shortcomings of the RTI act.
